Legrand’s New VP of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility

Ratish Namboothiry brings extensive experience to Legrand as the company’s new VP for North and Central America.

Legrand recently made Ratish Namboothiry VP of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for North and Central America. Ratish will be the driving force behind the Sustainability and CSR efforts of Legrand, North & Central America (LNCA), this includes executive leadership and delivery of recent CSR roadmap commitments as well as the rollout of the CSR Roadmap in 2025. Under the leadership of LNCA President and CEO Brian DiBella, Ratish joined the Executive Committee and is the executive sponsor of LNCA’s Better Communities. Better Communities is a North American volunteer and philanthropy program centralized on bettering the lives of people in communities where Legrand operates.

Ratish has an extensive 18 years of experience at Kohler Co. where had various roles including project management, new product development, innovation, and sustainability. In his more recent experience, as the Director of Innovation for Good and Sustainability, he led two multidisciplinary teams and was responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of a start-up business, Innovation for Good. Innovation for Good is an internal incubator that encourages creativity and aids in commercializing innovations that have a social purpose. Ratish also drove the enterprise environmental sustainability strategy and Center of Excellence to assist the company in aligning its business operations with its environmental goals.
