The Globe Trotter line comprises small capacity, transportable modular data center facilities that the company says are complementary to its Cannon Data Campus multi-megawatt modular facilities. “Our products have been designed, developed and widely used to reduce the high costs and risks associated with traditional data center construction, recognizing the benefits of a fully end-to-end modular building block approach to data center infrastructure,” the company said.
It added that Globe Trotter offering provides scalability, flexibility and reliability to enable rapid delivery of a more-efficient small data center solution. “Cannon has extended the concept of modular data centers to include critical components that help provide a complete infrastructure solution for its customers,” it said. “The company recognize the importance of delivering a true state-of-the-art data center and enhance the modular design concept of their existing data center solutions to provide an end-to-end offering.
