NEMA adds board members from GE Healthcare, Jarden Safety & Security

NEMA recently elected two new members to its board of governors.

The National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) recently elected two new members to its board of governors. The new members are: Marcelo Mosci, president and CEO, U.S. and Canada Region, GE Healthcare; and Tom Russo, president and CEO, Jarden Safety & Security.

Mosci is president and CEO of GE Healthcare’s U.S. and Canada Region, and is a GE corporate officer. His responsibilities span GE Healthcare’s imaging, diagnostics, monitoring, information technologies, performance solutions, and life sciences offerings. He joined GE in 1999, holding various positions before leaving to become Baxter President of Latin America Operations in 2005. Mosci rejoined GE in 2006 as president and CEO of GE Latin America.

Russo is president and CEO of Jarden Safety & Security, a subsidiary of Jarden Inc., a leading manufacturer of consumer life safety and security products. During his 30-year career in the life safety sector, Russo spent several years with Underwriters Laboratories and Cooper Industries before becoming president and CEO of Fyrnetics, Inc. He was senior vice president of sales and marketing with the Kidde Residential and Commercial Division, a division of Kidde PLC, until 2002 when he launched his own company, Imaging Solutions LLC. In 2006, he joined Jarden Safety & Security.
