Coaxial cable assemblies
Tru-Connector's custom cable assemblies are manufactured to specification to meet application and environmental requirements and can include connector types such as SMA, LC, and SC. Featuring dielectrics such as Teflon and polyethylene, it can incorporate standard Teflon and PVC jacketing or plenum-rated materials. These assemblies are rated at 50 or 75W from DC to 18 GHz.

Steel relay rack
APW's steel relay rack is available in different sizes in the equal- and unequal-flanged format, open or closed duct, non-seismic and Zone 4-rated seismic, and offers flexible universal or 1-inch hole spacing. Accessories for the rack include aluminum shelves and components designed to meet the requirements of the public networks and RBOC markets. Available in telco gray, network blue, and black, the relay rack comes in 84- or 96-inch overall heights and 19- or 23-inch rack-mount versions.

Cable tray module
Snake Tray's Cam-Loc Snake Canyon lets the Snake Canyon module be attached to the stringer from below by using a spring-tensioned cam that is inserted inside the stringer through the bottom slot and tightened with an Allen wrench. This tightened cam creates a mechanical connection between the cable tray basket and the raised floor stringer. The module is available in 2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-inch depths in both full- and half-basket designs.

Snap-on faceplate
Panduit's 70-mm faceplates are designed to accommodate a range of Avaya communication modules, including Category 5 and Category 3 modules, as well as optical-fiber modules, BNC coupler modules, and coaxial video coupler modules. These faceplates are available in 2-module and 4-module versions, in either horizontal or vertical configurations. Since the faceplate is available in four standard colors and requires no screws for installation, it is de signed to integrate into the appearance of office systems.

Power distribution systems
Pulizzi Engineering's VPC1917 vertical power strips stand 70x2x2 inches and are available in configurations for North America and Europe. An industrial-grade housing made of cold-rolled steel and zinc finish provides durability. Each model comes standard with a power "on" switch that illuminates when power is ac tivated. EMI/RFI filtering and surge suppression are available as an option on all models.

Intelligent patch cord
Patchsee's RJ-45-style unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) and foiled twisted-pair (FTP) patch cords inject light on the plastic optical fiber in the cable so that you may see the light at the other end. This patch cord is compliant with the Gigabit Ethernet specification for copper (1000Base-T), operates over a frequency range of 100 MHz, and delivers 1 Gbit/sec, according to company claims.
