Reichle and De-Massari (R&M - www.rdm.com), a Swiss firm specializing in structured cabling, reports that it continues to see growth in Africa thanks to its strong channel partner program and "customer-centric" approach. To date, the company says it has over a dozen "on the ground" partners throughout Africa to support customers in the structured cabling implementation process.

Along with its partners, R&M  provides on-site advice and expertise to its customer base. The Swiss company maintains that ensuring each customer receives optimal solution designs and dedicated pre- and post-installation support is central to the customer experience. In Africa, the company has been operating in Egypt, Libya, and Sudan since 2005.

Over the past year, the company has made strides in a number of key sectors such as the airports domain, large scale construction projects, and the telecom sector, having completed several notable projects such as the Marsa Alam, Khartoum, and Tripoli airports, new residential complexes and hotels, and work with leading regional telecom operators. As an integral part of the projects, all installations were implemented by certified R&M partners.

Alfred Tharwat, R&M's Area Manager, Africa, notes, “Our in-country channel partners have always been a key part of our success as they uphold R&M’s commitment to quality assurance. As we expand in Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria, we will continue to focus on providing customers superior on the ground advice, expertise and innovative cabling solutions, in conjunction with our valued partners."

R&M provideas an extensive cabling product range, including fiber optic solutions, 10 GB, solutions for the airports domain, enterprise cabling, and residential accessories for smart homes. The company notes that its product portfolio is "renowned for its Swiss workmanship, zero defect components, and ease of installation."

Channel partners benefit from extensive and regular training as part of the company’s Qualified Partner Program (QPP). R&M says it also continuously invests in its partners by empowering them with technical expertise from highly experienced specialists sharing latest product knowledge and best practices on R&M products.
