January 15, 2009 -- Agilent Technologies will discontinue manufacturing its WireScope 350 and WireScope Pro cabling testers after July 31, 2009. The company will continue to support the product family for five years after that date.
Until then, Agilent stated, it is encouraging its customers to make "lifetime buys" of WireScope parts and accessories, which also will be available until July 31 then suppported for five years.
