Cablesys offering 10G/40G/100G HD fiber adapter panels for data centers

New from Cablesys (La Mirada, California), a manufacturer of HD fiber connectivity and bundled fiber jumpers for 10G/40G/100G applications, the HD fiber adapter panels are designed to mount onto standard 19” racks and offer ultra-dense fiber connectivity within one rack mount space.

The company contends that its high-density (HD) fiber patch panels are a key solution in premise backbone cabling, consolidation points, and data centers applications where port density, less pathways congestion and spaces are crucial for high bandwidth mission critical infrastructures. Whether end-users are installing fiber to the home (FTTH), business (FTTB) or curb (FTTC) Cablesys HD fiber patch panels and complementing products are the best way to implement a simplified overall network design process, saving installers and their clients both time and money.

Users may achieve up to 288 fibers on one MPO patch panel and up to 96 fibers on one LC patch panel.  Fiber patch panels are constructed of 16 gauge steel and incorporate numeric silk screening for easy port identification. Push pins allow the panels to be easily installed and removed from blank panels for quick moves, adds and changes. Users may place up to 216 fibers on one MPO adapter panel and up to 72 fibers on three LC adapter panel in one rack mount space.

For HD Plug and Play infrastructures, the associated Cablesys MPO cassettes incorporate 24 LC fiber connectors on the front with an internal cable assembly converting to two female 12-fiber MPO connectors on the rear for a simple solution. This enables utilization of MPO trunk cables within the backbone infrastructure for faster deployment. Cassettes are designed with push pins allowing them to be easily interchanged and come pre-tested, ready for immediate use.
