Walker Systems Inc., a Wiremold Co., recently moved its offices to 1000 Innovation Dr., Williamstown, WV 26187. The new telephone number is (304) 375-1000.

Independent Cable Inc. (Hudson, MA) has changed its name to Intech Cable Inc. (ICI) to reflect its broadened markets, products and technical capabilities, according to officials. Headquarters for ICI will remain in Hudson, but sales and service operations, as well as engineering and manufacturing, will be coordinated between the Massachusetts and North Carolina facilities.

CZ Labs (Congers, NY) has launched a World Wide Web site at http://www.czlabs.com. The site contains information on a sampling of the company`s product lines. The e-mail address is czlabs@rcknet.com.

Epoxy Technology Inc. (Billerica, MA), a designer, manufacturer and supplier of epoxy adhesives and other polymers, was recently awarded ISO-9001 certification. Company products are used in bonding and coating applications, especially in the semiconductor, hybrid microelectronics, fiber optics and optics industries.

Jenoptik (Berlin, Germany) has signed an agreement to purchase a 40% share in krone AG (Berlin, Germany), with an additional 20% share to be acquired by January 1, 1997. Krone, the parent company of krone Inc. (Englewood, CO), will continue to operate as a separate entity.
