Dec 1, 1998

Vatar 2000 fluoropolymer resin for plenum-cable applications is a flexible material for all-fluoropolymer unshielded twisted-pair (utp) communications cables. The resin passes the UL-910 Steiner Tunnel Test as a jacketing material over four twisted-pair fluorinated ethylene propylene primaries and meets the 125oC temperature rating. vatar xt resin is designed for spline, fillers, and other profile extruded components. The resin dampens the effects of pair-to-pair crosstalk in Level 7 utp constructions.
