AWS offering guaranteed 7-point low voltage systems installation

Jul 22, 2011

Advanced Wiring Solutions (AWS - Alsip, IL), an Illinois-based company specializing in structured cabling and low voltage systems installation, announced that it now offers a proprietary guarantee service dubbed Techconnect, billed as a technical support system assembled to alleviate problems and delays often associated with designing, installing and maintaining low voltage systems.

AWS says it developed the service based on results from a client-wide survey it conducted for discovering key areas of concern for commercial builders. The company is a licensed low-voltage contractor with extensive experience in design, installation, and maintenance of structured cabling, telephony, audio visual, close circuit TV, access and tenant entry, nurse call, area rescue, fire alarm and intercom solutions.

The 7-point Techconnect process reportedly includes response/scheduling time, project management, quality products and workmanship, documentation, safety (low EMR), job costing, and professionalism of staff. "When we install or service any system or cabling infrastructure, customers want the job done right the first time, on-time and within budget," says AWS president Michael Sanfratello. "Techconnect is a seamless process that makes that happen."

Existing AWS customers in Illinois include the Joliet Junior College health professions building, Northwestern University, the Palos School District, Robert Morris College, the Glendale Heights Police Department and Roseland Community Hospital.

Advanced Wiring Solutions is located at 4838 W. 128th Place, Alsip, Illinois. For more information, call 630-385-0916 or go to http://www.advancedwiring.com/tech-connect.
