Belkin India turns up 24x7 Hindi language technical support line

Belkin's Indian subsidiary announced the launch of a 24x7 technical support helpline in Hindi, to better provide after-sales service to its local customers purchasing the company's IT and telecom peripherals and accessories.

"The initiative makes us the first IT services company in India to provide this service in the local language," said Mohit Anand, Belkin's managing director for the Indian sub-continent.

Belkin customers can dial the company's nationwide toll free number for India,1-800-419-5546, for any technical support need. "The company has also set up more than 50 service centers in the country where any Belkin products can be replaced across the table," added Anand.

Belkin started its India operations with networking, surge and peripherals businesses nearly three years ago. The company's product categories in India today encompass networking, mobility, mobile computing, computer peripherals, computing and connectivity, AV, power protection, energy conservation and structured cabling lines.
