LGS Innovations awards technology-rollout project to Concert

Jan 26, 2009

January 26, 2009 -- Concert Technologies recently announced it has been awarded a technology-rollout project by LGS Innovations. Comprising a team of Bell Labs researchers, LGS is a subsidiary of the North American operations of Alcatel-Lucent.

"It is a great opportunity for us to have partnered with LGS Innovations for this project," said Tom Suder, vice president and co-founder of Concert Technologies. "They are committed to the delivery of reliable, secure technology and we are pleased we could help them achieve their goals."

As a provider of Internet Protocol communication and networking solutions, LGS delivers transformed communications to the U.S. federal government, according to the company's web site.

"In order for us to provide multi-site nationwide technology rollout services to top partners such as LGS Innovations, we have to deploy technology efficiently and quickly," continued Concert's Suder. "That takes a system of processes and methodologies that exceeds those offered by traditional technology-rollout companies."

Concert employs the Maestro Technology Rollout System for its projects. Concert's founder and president Dennis Mazaris discussed the company's processes and structured approach to technology rollouts in with Cabling Installation and Maintenance last year.
