July 2, 2007 -- L-com Connectivity Products, a manufacturer of cable assemblies, connectors, and other connectivity devices, announced that it has acquired HyperLink Technologies of Boca Raton, FL.

HyperLink is recognized in the wireless industry as a high-quality manufacturer of antennas, amplifiers, and other wireless connectivity equipment.

"HyperLink is an ideal fit for L-com as it addresses the growing need for wireless infrastructure products and is complementary to L-com's interest and commitment to high-quality connectivity products," comments Ed Caselden, president and CEO of L-com. "While we've grown organically, this first add-on to our company brings another 'partner' to our team."

L-Com says the acquisition strengthens its product offering, creating a "one-stop source" for users of all connectivity equipment, wired or wireless.

"The Hyperlink team is excited at the prospect of partnering with such a reputable and ethical company as L-com," concludes Peter Roth, founder and president of HyperLink Technologies. "We look forward to a great future together."
