Turck releases network/fieldbus guide

July 25, 2007 -- Turck (Minneapolis, MN), a provider of sensing, connectivity and network products to help manufacturers improve automated processes, has introduced its Networks/Fieldbus Overview Guide.

According to a press release, the guide contains system descriptions for Foundation fieldbus, DeviceNet, AS-interface, Profibus and Ethernet networks, along with detailed data and network diagrams.

The guide also includes information on code requirements for process wiring applications and a how-to installation manual for these products.

The company says the guide is the first in a series designed to assist customers in better understanding fieldbus networks.
