Atlona debuts audio/video balun extenders

March 12, 2009--Atlona Technologies' Lynx CAT Extenders Series of video baluns is cascadable, allowing users to connect multiple units in succession. The Lynx Series can transfer audio and video signals over Category 5 cable from source to display, or units can be daisy-chained for deployments in excess of 300 displays.

The Lynx Series can transfer audio and video signals over Category 5 cable from source to display, or units can be daisy-chained for deployments in excess of 300 displays.

The Lynx Series is available in Component, Composite, VGA, and HDMI models, with multiple units for each video format. These video extenders are designed to transfer signal past the limits of straight cable up to 300 feet with no signal degradation.
