CSG Systems taps Wipro Infocrossing for data center services

March 16, 2009 -- Under a five-year agreement, Wipro Infocrossing will provide the data center computing environment for the delivery of most of CSG's customer care and billing services.

March 16, 2009 -- Infocrossing, a Wipro company, has entered into a multi-year contract to provide infrastructure services for CSG Systems International, Inc., a provider of customer interaction management and billing solutions.

Under the five-year agreement, Wipro Infocrossing will consolidate CSG's servers, and manage its mainframe and information storage environments, which will be migrated to Wipro Infocrossing's data centers. Wipro Infocrossing will provide the data center computing environment for the delivery of most of CSG's customer care and billing services, allowing CSG to remain focused on providing customer interaction management solutions.
