Emerson video describes simplified data center design process

Emerson Network Power says its SmartDesign approach leverages data center best practices and proven configurations to ensure a customer's data center is operating optimally and cost-effectively.

A new video from Emerson Network Power describes the company's SmartDesign process, a service which it says helps simplify data center design by applying advanced power, cooling and management technologies to create integrated, highly efficient, perimeter/room-based infrastructure. The company notes that "continuous transformation of...data center infrastructure is paramount to meeting the pressures of optimizing availability, efficiency and control."
