How-to videos address frequently asked alarm questions

Silent Knight makes the videos available on its website and YouTube.

Silent Knight now offers how-to videos covering the questions and topics most commonly addressed by its technical support team. The videos, available on the Silent Knight website and on YouTube, provide step-by-step demonstrations of how to program a fire-alarm control panel for elevator recall, troubleshoot ground faults and more alarm-related issues.

Each video in the series is less than three minutes in duration, and the company’s vice president of sales Mike Fischer says more are to come. “People like being able to go right to our website and see a quick demo of how something should work, along with steps for getting there,” he notes.

Silent Knight says the videos complement its curriculum of online training courses and tutorials. You can watch the videos on Silent Knight's website here.
