News reporter snaps photo of White House’s cabling system
April 5, 2013
Space beneath the press briefing room described as a ‘labyrinth of network wires.’
This photo of the cabling system within the White House was Tweeted by Paula Ebben, a news reporter and anchor with WBZ television, Boston's CBS affiliate.
Visual evidence of that was offered up on April 4 by Boston television reporter/anchor Paula Ebben. While visiting the White House to interview First Lady Michelle Obama, Ebben had the opportunity to tour some parts of the facility most of us will never see—including the space beneath the press briefing room.
Ebben (@PaulaEbbenWBZ) Tweeted a number of images from her walk through the White House, including the one that appears at the top of this screen. Accompanying the image in the Tweet was Ebben’s comment: “Beneath White House press briefing Room: the old swimming pool now stores labyrinth of network wires #wbz.” Ebben is an evening-news anchor for CBS’s Boston affiliate, WBZ.
