comCables introduces Category 6A product line

comCables recently released a Category 6A product line that includes bulk cable, patch cables, keystone jacks, patch panels and a Rapid Punch Tool. “This Cat 6A solution is feature rich and made with the highest-quality material,” the company said when announcing the product line.

The company’s vice president and general manager Andy Work said, “We are excited about the release of our new Cat 6A solution to the market. This solution is the next step in our product innovation that is designed to meet our customers’ needs by offering them new technologies with faster installations.”

comCables noted that, “With a higher-value solution, you will save time and money, along with an increase in performance and reliability for future applications.” The company added that the product line meets and exceeds TIA/ISO Category 6A performance requirements.

The Category 6A products “are ideal for today’s 10-Gigabit Ethernet networks,” the company added. “The Cat 6A solution extends Cat 6 electrical specifications from 250 MHz to 500 MHz and provides improved insertion loss over Cat 6. All of comCables’ Cat 6A structured cabling products come with a lifetime warranty and an available 25-year application assurance warranty sold through our network of qualified Certified Installation Partners.”
