Fiber cleaning kit for large-scale networks

The Sticklers High Volume Fiber Cleaning Kit contains everything needed to decontaminate SC, FC, ST, LC, MU and E2000-type connectors.

The Sticklers High Volume Fiber Cleaning Kit from MicroCare Corp. contains all the tools needed to clean SC, FC, ST, E2000, LC and MU connectors in any size, any scale fiber-optic network, the company said when announcing the kit. National sales manager Dan Sinclair noted, “With the addition of the new Sticklers High Volume Fiber Optic Cleaning Kit, a technician can now carry one compact kit to any job, and perfectly clean any number of fiber-optic connectors—from one to thousands—at any size network.”

The kit contains Sticklers CleanWipes and CleanStixx as well as cleaning fluid and the new click-to-clean 1.25- and 2.5-mm CleanClicker tools. Each CleanClicker provides 750 cleanings, the company says, and refill cartridges are available to extend service life.

“This new kit contains everything a technician needs to clean particulate, oil and dirt from any connector in two seconds, and literally for pennies per clean,” Sinclair said.
