Pentair launches customized data center infrastructure for NA; showcases Hoffman, Schroff, Caddy products at BICSI Fall 2015

Last week's BICSI Fall exhibition was the first where Pentair's customers could discern the benefits of the company's recent ERICO acquisition, it said in a press release.

Pentair has announced the availability of customized standard solutions for data center infrastructure design in North America. Introducing a comprehensive portfolio of the recently-acquired Schroff’s customizable product platforms, such as the Varistar server cabinets, aisle containment, active cooling and a wide palette of off-the-shelf expansion and accessory components, Pentair contends that these modular data center infrastructure solutions provide high flexibility with fast delivery and manageable costs.

Pentair adds that its customized standard solutions are ideal for designing a data center to meet specific requirements for a wide range of end-users, including large-scale projects, such as major banks and car manufacturers, and smaller businesses with limited resources. Featuring a modular approach, the company asserts that its customized solutions, built from its standard parts and modifications, can be tailored to offer a wide range of design flexibility and adaptability.

Last week, Pentair exhibited its Schroff, Hoffman and newly acquired CADDY-branded products at the 2015 BICSI Fall Conference & Exhibition (Sep. 21–23) in Las Vegas. The company asserts that, taken together, all of its unified standard and custom solutions are optimized for designing and protecting data centers, small business networks, and mobile telecom equipment.

While Schroff’s modular data center infrastructure solutions provide high flexibility with fast delivery and manageable costs, the company notes that the Hoffman enclosures, climate controllers and accessories protect vital electrical and electronic components to help keep operations up and running smoothly. Rounding out the total solutions offering, the CADDY product line offers a full range of fixing, fastening and support products for a wide range of electrical installation, datacom and telecommunications applications.
