    On Tuesday morning, BICSI president Brian Ensign officially opened the conference and highlighted some of BICSI's newest offerings, while calling 2017 'The Year of the Installer.'

    Tampa, Florida --BICSI, the association dedicated to advancing the global information and communications technology (ICT) community, has this week welcomed thousands of attendees to the Tampa Convention Center for the 2017 BICSI Winter Conference & Exhibition. ICT professionals from all over the world began gathering at the venue on Sunday and Monday for pre-conference seminars and exhibits.
