The QUESTfiber remote fiber test system monitors optical networks to identify problems before they affect service. Should fiber degradation or cable faults occur, the test system will determine the probable cause, pinpoint the location, and generate an alarm that will automatically dispatch repair personnel with a full trouble report. QUESTfiber, formerly Orion, is Web-enabled, allowing unlimited, secure access from anywhere in the world for viewing network status, alarm history, and assessing network performance. Report and documentation features have been added, including the ability to generate automated or scheduled reports, e-mail distribution of reports, and full support for third-party network-documentation packages.

The seismic cable kit is designed to make installations meet earthquake-resistant codes. The kit contains hardware, mounting brackets, and four 7-ft cables. The cable kit stabilizes an EZ Tray installation should an earthquake occur. This stabilization is accomplished by attaching four wire cables to the installation and anchoring them to the deck or walls. The wire cable is break-strength-certified, color-coded, and prestretched.
