L-com moves HyperLink Wi-Fi, antenna products into Brazil

L-com has signed a distribution agreement with Alpha-Digi of São Paulo, Brazil.

L-com announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Alpha-Digi of São Paulo, Brazil. Under the agreement, Alpha-Digi will stock and be able to sell any of L-com's HyperLink line of Wi-Fi, antenna, amplifier and other wireless connectivity equipment in Brazil.

Alpha-Digi is a company primarily focused on delivering video surveillance platforms; the company operates on three fronts by providing analog, IP, and telecom products to distributors and integrators throughout Brazil. In addition to distributing, Alpha-Digi provides project management operations, and maintains a training center and showroom for certification training and a manufacturing and logistics hub.

"Video surveillance, CCTV, and other security technologies are dramatically growing in importance in today's world," comments Mark Jaworski, L-com's international sales manager. "In Alpha-Digi, we found a partner who understands this importance and provides a whole solution, from training to operations to product distribution. We are proud to be part of the solution they offer."

As part of Alpha-Digi's line card, L-com's products will join a variety of high-quality global brands including Witelcom rádios, which are complemented by the HyperLink antennas. "Our customers need quality products," says Sergio Menke Coimbra, Alpha-Digi's commercial director. "We have assembled the best brands in the world to meet this demand, and we're happy to have the L-com/HyperLink products available."

Alpha-Digi has been in business for over ten years and is now listed on L-com's Authorized Distributors page. In October of 2011, several HyperLink brand antennas were homologated in Brazil, supporting L-com's product commercialization and expanding the company's wireless sales in Brazil.
