Vicon Industries has introduced a new series of HD surveillance monitors that it says replaces all of the company's previous models.

The company says the new line of monitors incorporates enhanced LED technology and is backed by a 3-year warranty. The ability to endure 24/7 usage, while also providing superior HD performance, displaying highly detailed images, makes the new product a necessary component for any security installation, contends Vicon.

The new line of monitors offers a range of sizing options, including 18.5, 21.5, 23, 24, 32, and 42 inches. The new monitors' design uses 40% less power due to LED backlighting, adds Vicon. The 18.5, 21.5 and 23-inch models offer the ability to be rack-mounted; all models (except for the 18.5 inch) display in 1080p resolution.

“We have completely overhauled our monitor offerings after listening to our customers’ needs," comments Bret McGowan, sr. VP of sales and marketing at Vicon Industries. "This new line up is not only cost-effective but also offers superior HD clarity and performance And with enhanced 3 year coverage, this expansive line-up of monitors provides a reliable display solution for all security installations."

The new monitors will be available by the end of July 2014. For more information and complete specifications, visit www.vicon-security.com.
