Having never won a contest in 30 years, David Wiese of New Glarus, Wisconsin, didn’t think too much about it when he attended a luncheon hosted by Greenlee and its associate brand Sherman + Reilly, manufacturers of tools and equipment for the data/telecom and power utility industries, during the 2013 ICUEE trade show. So Wiese was quite surprised when he found out that his name was chosen at random to become the proud owner of a Bad Boy Buggies Ambush iS all-terrain vehicle.

“I have entered these contests for 30 years and have never won anything before now,” Wiese said. “I’m really excited to have won this from such a great company like Greenlee. We’ve used Greenlee cutting and crimping tools for over 20 years and we were one of the very first users of the original Gator battery tool!”

The Ambush iS 4×4 hybrid all-terrain vehicle from Bad Boy Buggies offers the flexibility to switch between independent gas and electric powertrains, the utility of its "Regen Mode" to recharge the vehicle’s batteries on the fly, and the ability to engage both powertrains at once for 4WD power. The Ambush iS is manufactured by E-Z-GO, a division of Textron Inc.

All ICUEE attendees were automatically entered into the grand prize drawing. The trade show attracts contractors and utility companies in the electric, phone/cable, sewer/water and gas industries.
