A new white paper from Citrix outlines "best practices to make BYOD [Bring Your Own Device programs] simple and secure," and is presented as a guide to help network professionals in selecting technologies and developing policies for BYOD programs.

The company says the paper "provides IT executives with guidance to develop a complete BYOD strategy which gives users optimal freedom of choice, while helping IT adapt to consumerization - at the same time addressing requirements for security, simplicity and cost reduction."
