On Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., Bill Lauby, Leviton's senior product manager, will present a discussion entitled AV and HDBaseT Control Signals: This Changes Everything. Conference-goers will gain a better understanding of basic IT/AV control signal capabilities and discover how HDBaseT technology can be utilized for audiovisual solutions.

Also on Wednesday, at 10:30 a.m., Gary Bernstein, Leviton's senior director of product management, Fiber & Data Center Solutions, will discuss the latest trends in multimode and singlemode fiber in his presentation, Designing a Flexible Network Infrastructure to Support New Optical Technologies. Via the talk, attendees will discover groundbreaking strategies and solutions for optimizing infrastructure deployment and improving network flexibility in enterprise and cloud data center applications.

For the BICSI Closing General Session presentation on Thursday, January 26 at 9:15 a.m., Todd Harpel, Berk-Tek's director of strategic alliances, will present a talk entitled, The PoE Market is Heating Up: What You Need to Know For Best-In-Class PoE Systems. The presentation will help attendees stay up-to-date on trends in twisted-pair copper cabling, get cabling recommendations for supporting the latest PoE-enabled devices, and learn about the latest PoE standards, applications and best practices.

On display at the company's booth #637 in the Tampa Convention Center, BICSI visitors can check out the latest Berk-Tek Leviton Technologies systems that will enable migration to 25G, 40G, 100G, and 400G applications for copper, fiber and IT/AV networks.
