T1 interconnect cable

July 1, 1996
Local area network interconnection cable provides T1 performance and can be terminated to common modular connectors. The cable uses two layers of insulation to provide stable 100-ohm impedance, low capacitance, low loss and high velocity of propagation. By removing the outer insulation, the inner layer fits into a shielded or unshielded RJ-45 for an efficient insulation-displacement-contact crimp termination.
