The microprocessor-based IPC 3300 series monitors and programs as many as 2000 ports remotely from one telephone line. This power management and monitoring system operates either as a stand-alone unit or as a master or slave in a local area network of up to 250 IPC units. By means of a modem, this system can remotely program the multiple time-delay power-up and power-down sequences of equipment connected to it.
