Graybar was recently honored by Corporate Secretary Magazine with the publication's 2015 Corporate Governance Award. The electrical, communications and data networking products distributor earned the top spot in the award judging's "Best Overall Governance for a Private Company" category.

According to Corporate Secretary Magazine, "The Corporate Governance Award recognizes the efforts made by an individual or team within a private company to formalize its governance. Areas of consideration include board structure and composition, financial disclosure and regulatory filings, adoption of best practices for subsidiary management and board recruitment and all other areas of the company’s governance operations."

Through its network of more than 260 North American distribution facilities, Graybar stocks and sells power, networking and security products from thousands of vendors and manufacturers.
