Connectivity supplier L-com extends call center hours of operation

By extending call center operations, the company is able to provide better service to its customers in the U.S. Central and Western regions.

L-com Global Connectivity, a designer and manufacturer of wired and wireless connectivity products, announced that it has extended its contact center hours to 8:00 am through 8:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. By extending call center operations, the company says it is now able to provide better service to its customers in the U.S. Central and Western regions.

Staff representing customer service, sales and technical support will be available to assist customers with placing orders and answering technical- and service-related questions until 8:00 pm Eastern Time.

L-com notes that its North Andover, Massachusetts-based contact center has received several gold ABA Stevie Awards including customer service department of the year and sales and customer service excellence.

"Our commitment to customer service is paramount. By extending our hours of operation, we can provide real-time assistance to our U.S. Central and West Coast customers," said Les Smock, contact center manager for L-com. "We are always seeking new ways to improve our service levels in order to provide the best support in the industry."
