When you have installed 10,000 feet of cable:

How much copper did you waste?

How much Teflon did you waste when you cut off the ends or when you replaced faulty runs?

How much of the installation came out 100% within specification?

To determine how your technician performed, ask the customer:

Before leaving, did the technician make you feel comfortable that everything was done?

Was all the work completed when the technician left?

Were the ceiling tiles replaced where the cable was run?

Did the technician clean up any debris that fell on the floor?
