June 16, 2009 -- Cables To Go announced an agreement with Capitol Sales Company to be the distributor for Cables To Go products throughout the United States. Capitol Sales will be selling the Cables To Go RapidRun modular cabling system along with other audio/video products.

"We were drawn to Cables To Go by the innovation of its RapidRun product and the fact that they have quality, high-performance A/V cabling and connectivity products that are perfectly suited for our education, digital signage, corporate and residential customers," says Curt Hayes, president and CFO for Capitol Sales Company. "We see this as a great product line for our customers and installers that will enable them to save time and money both in the installation and in the ability to easily upgrade the system."

Capitol Sales Company is a consumer electronics distribution supplier for custom installation specialists, systems contractors, retailers and premium incentive resellers. The company offers a range of home theater, telephone, integrated home systems and commercial A/V products. The company also provides expert technical support and hands-on application training and customer service.

The Cables To Go RapidRun system, which Capitol Sales will now be selling, supports multiple signals over a single cable. According to the company, in order to upgrade or change equipment, users only need to change the cable terminal, known as the break-away flying lead or break-away wall plate. This saves installation time, accommodates last minute changes, reduces the likelihood of faulty terminations and evolves with different system needs, maintains the company.

"Capitol Sales Company will be a great partner for carrying Cables To Go products to a larger customer base," concludes Bill Diederich, president of Lastar, parent company of Cables To Go. "The relationship is a natural fit with the markets we sell to, and with our common goal of focusing on superior customer service."
