At the BICSI Fall Conference, we caught up with BEI Construction’s Dave Sanders, who is well known as an instructor and motivator of ICT professionals. In addition to discussing how he held in-person training classes at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Sanders spoke passionately about the impact professional development and achievement can have in the lives of his students.
