Wall-switch lockout

The PSL-WS wall-switch lockout prevents unauthorized activation of an electrical switch in compliance with OSHA standard 29CFR1910.147. The device fits most toggle switches and attaches without removing the faceplate or screws. Users turn the switch to the desired position and place the lockout over the switch. Using a screwdriver, users tighten the lockout set screw and then secure it with a padlock and ID warning tag.
