The FRS-10 singlemode fault locator uses OTDR technology to identify cable faults at distances of more than 10 km. The locator features single-button operation, switch-selectable display read-out in feet or meters and 1300-nm wavelength operation. An optional program upgrade captures and analyzes data via a laptop computer.
