The VB37 video balun transceiver sends quality color or monochrome video over ordinary unshielded twisted-pair cables for distances to 1000 feet. The VB37 video balun transceiver sends quality color or monochrome video over ordinary unshielded twisted-pair cables for distances to 1000 feet. The unit interfaces with any of the commercially available "up-the-coax" control systems to provide p/t/z control along with video over a single twisted pair. The design enables noise and interference immunity, allowing transmission of quality video information over intra- or interfacility telephone wiring, leased lines, or other paired cable runs, even in existing telecommunications systems. The device comes with either a male bnc connector for direct mounting to a video source or female bnc connector for inline mounting. No power is required.
