New cabling guide from CNC Press
Communications Cabling by James Abbruzzino made its debut at this winter`s bicsi annual meeting. The 188-page paperback has more than 200 illustrations, some in color; appendixes; glossary; and an index. With a foreword by Harry Newton, the book contains chapters on identifying hardware, unshielded twisted-pair cabling, testing cable, horizontal and backbone cabling, coaxial and 2-pair shielded twisted-pair cable, network systems, cabling standards, installing cable, and residential and voice cabling.
