I wanted to share some observations about the cover of the November 1999 issue of Cabling Installation & Maintenance. You will notice a number of things are missing from the picture:

I wanted to share some observations about the cover of the November 1999 issue of Cabling Installation & Maintenance. You will notice a number of things are missing from the picture:

•work-area protection

•traffic control

•safety glasses

•safety vests

•proper reel storage

•confined-space ventilation

•apparent-gas testing equipment

•ladder

Many of my clients have occasion to read your publication. Usually, it is not a problem to convince clients that safety is an item needing the utmost attention. Pictures such as these might make that job more difficult.
