Mark Greenwell has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing at Datacom Technologies (Everett, WA), a provider of network management and test products. He heads Datacom`s global sales, marketing, and customer support operations. Greenwell has more than 15 years` experience in the networking and computer industries and has served as U.S. sales manager for Fluke and director of North American sales for Microtest.

Michael Kirick has been named director of engineering at Riser Management Systems (Burlington, VT), a provider of telecommunications engineering and consulting services. He has 17 years` experience as a professional electrical consultant. He previously worked as an electrical characterization and testing engineer for ibm.

Frank Little has been appointed vice president of engineering for the broadband communications division of adc Telecommunications Inc. (Minneapolis, MN). He will oversee the development of all digital and broadband linear fiber transmission products. Previously, he worked at antec and Scientific-Atlanta. ADC Telecommunications supplies transmission and networking systems for voice, data, and video.

Thomas J. McMahon has been named director of manufacturing for Siecor Corp.`s (Hickory, NC) cable division, and Norman G. Meres has been named plant manager of the firm`s specialty-cable plant. McMahon is now responsible for the four manufacturing plants of Siecor`s cable division and previously served as plant manager at the company`s specialty cable plant. Meres is responsible for plant functions, in-cluding production, quality control, engineering, personnel, planning, purchasing, accounting, and maintenance. Siecor develops and manufactures fiber-optic and copper communications products for voice, data, and video applications.

Steven C. Goldfarb has been appointed senior communications consultant of the engineering division of Henkels & McCoy Inc. (Blue Bell, PA), an independently owned communications engineering, management, construction, and maintenance firm. He is responsible for project management, new technology assessment, quality assurance, and business development for the company`s local- and wide-area network system design services.

BICSI (Tampa, FL) has completed construction of its new corporate headquarters and has moved into the new facility. BICSI`s new address is 8610 Hidden River Parkway, Tampa, FL 33637-1000.
