Epoxy compound

TRA-CAST 3010 is used for potting, casting, and impregnating heat-sensitive electronic components. With low exotherm, it can coat and embed printed circuits or other delicate components. The epoxy comes in mixed or frozen syringes, bipax kits (2 grams and larger), and bulk containers.
