The CLS IV+ lead-making machine is the latest addition to the ampomator line of terminating machines. The machine allows operators to program termination criteria, including wire stripping, lead length, wire-feed rates, lead-transfer positioning, and wire-marker duration. Standard features are direct-drive terminating units with precision crimp-height adjustments, wire run-out and splice detection, and motorized pre-feed with an integral wire straightener.
