The X77 fusion splicer contains Siecor`s lid-system unit for direct core alignment and three-dimensional profile alignment. It offers 20 programs for singlemode and multimode splicing, in 12 languages, with results displayed on a high-contrast LCD screen. It also uses automatic fusion time to control splice loss.
