Contractor’s Web portal

A new Web portal for the Forefront construction management software is designed to give a contractor’s employees and customers access to critical data and functions-including payroll/time card and customer service-from any computer via an Internet connection. A Time and Quantity entry application expedites worker time card entry from the field. Project managers, foremen, and individual employees can log on to the portal to enter their time into Forefront. A contractor can also specify that only select individuals be allowed to enter and view information. A Service Inquiry and Request application lets customers enter a service request directly into Forefront. The contractor then analyzes the request and determines how best to proceed before responding. Customers can also gain real-time access to their service and billing history.
