Chatsworth Products introduces new online tools

Nov. 9, 2005
Nov. 9, 2005 - New tools include eCatalog, Product Configurator and Documentation Center.

Chatsworth Products, Inc. has introduced new online tools to aid customers in locating desired CPI information, solutions and literature.

The new online tools include eCatalog, Product Configurator and Documentation Center.

The eCatalog allows users to browse CPI's product line of Two-Post Systems, Four Post Systems, Zone Cabling & Wireless Enclosures, Wall-Mount Systems, Cable Management, Cable Pathways and Accessories. It also allows users to create a project cart, receive MSRP pricing and obtain distributor information for quote retrieval.

CPI's Product Configurator guides customers through the steps and selections necessary to create customized two-post, four-post or wall-mount systems. This step-by-step process provides customers with detailed product information along with various options and accessories that can be added during the configuration process. Once the solution has been configured, this confidential tool will present customers with a BOM, rendered drawings of the customized system and a selection of distributors or global resellers. Users can save multiple configured projects within the Product Configurator and can re-access them at any time.

The Documentation Center is a reference that will provide users with the ability to search specific product and general company information. This is designed to be an easy and quick way to retrieve printable documentation to support bids and proposals. Within CPI's Product Documentation users will find cut sheets, quick reference guides, data sheets, installation instructions, brochures, FAQ's and product images and drawings.
