Ortronics/Legrand has announced recent enhancements to the interactive product guide at www.ortronics.com.
Visitors to the site can now automatically create Adobe PDF files from the online data sheets for individual part numbers. They will also be able to generate a single PDF file that includes data sheets for each of the part numbers in the Bill of Materials they have created. There is also an option for a printable view of the data sheet.
This capability is an excellent resource for installers, consultants and network managers as they design their structured cabling infrastructure. The PDF files can be used in proposals, e-mailed to customers or colleagues, or saved to a computer for future reference.
The Ortronics interactive product guide allows users to browse or search for comprehensive product information on Ortronics high performance structured cabling systems. Viewers can choose a product to view features, benefits, and important technical specifications, as well as download drawings, high-resolution photos and brochures to enhance a proposal. They can also create a bill of materials to submit to an Ortronics authorized distributor of their choice.
