Dec. 26, 2002--The owner of Valley Electrical Consolidated in Ohio is one of ten active district vice presidents for the organization.
The National Electrical Contractors Association (www.necanet.org) has elected Rex Ferry of Girard, OH the new vice president of the organization's District Two, which includes the states of Delaware, Maryland, Kentucky, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
NECA has a total of ten active district vice presidents and one vice president at large. All serve as members of NECA's executive committee. District vice presidents act as chairmen of their respective district councils and as such, serve as liaisons between the national organization and its regional chapter representatives.
Ferry purchased Valley Electrical Consolidated inc. in 1990 and has been its president since then. The company regularly employs 50 to 80 electricians and has 22 in-house staff. Valley Electrical Consolidated provides design-build, voice/data/video, infrared thermography, residential, commercial, and industrial services.
