February 15, 2002--When the administrative center is operational, Graybar will occupy four facilities in the St. Louis area.

Graybar (www.graybar.com), recently announced the appointment of seven vice presidents, and also announced plans to establish an administrative center in St. Louis, MO.

The newly appointed vice presidents are Lawrence R. Giglio, who will become senior vice president of operations on April 1 and currently serves as vice president-investment and inventory management; T.N. Fleming and John T. Roney, vice presidents-service; Joseph F. LaMotte, vice president-electrical sales of the Cincinnati District; Jeffrey M. Cook, who was appointed to the new position of vice president-government sales; James M. Ertle, who takes the new position of vice president-SBC; and James A. Grimshaw, who takes the new position of vice president-Qwest.

The new administrative center will be located in the Centerpoint Building in St. Louis. Graybar says the move allows the company to consolidate into one building its operations that now occupy four different facilities in the area.

Graybar will occupy the six-story building in phases, beginning in the spring. The administrative center will house the company's information systems, training group, and financial-services subsidiary, Graybar Financial Services. Additionally, the corporate accounts services group and other customer-specific services groups will occupy space in the new facility.

The company's president and CEO, Robert A. Reynolds Jr., said the investment in this space will support Graybar's growth for the next ten years.
